The men I spoke with really opened up with me, revealing their true emotions, worries, and joys of their fathering experiences.
McCusker explains, this is not necessarily a book of proven best practices or a valid scientific study on how to properly raise your kids. Instead, it provides insight and advice from other fathers to help open up the conversation on the most important role a man can have.

For more than thirty years, Bill McCusker has worked in the business world, where he has held leadership roles, often with global responsibility, in large professional services firms. He and his wife, Trayce, taught school as U.S. Peace Corps volunteers on an outer island in Fiji for three years.
